Jovellar
– home to the Quipia Festival, this town situated in the southern part of
Guinobatan, could be considered as a second class Municipality. I could not say
that it was a third rate because the people here were already civilized. Yet I
could not say that it was a first class because there are still a lot to
improve in this town. But it was nice to visit this town.
